One can produce variety of fancy yarns from the above models.

Multi count – Different counts can occur in one yarn with the same TPI.

In addition to the Slub servo drive one more servomotor is introduced to drive the front fluted roller. So entire drafting drive is controlled and governed by our special software, which helps to produce variety of multi effect fancy yarn by accelerating or decelerating all three fluted rollers at a time. Count changes / count corrections can be done without wheel changes on ring frame.

Short Ring frame up to 600 spindles and medium ring frames up to 1008 spindles requires 2 Servo motor to run multi effect yarn.

Long Ring frames having Duoflex drive at ‘OFF end’ needs 3 Servo motors to run the above effect yarn.

SKAAT COMMANDER

1.Easy access of all the SKAAT systems attached in the Ring Frames by radio console from Manager’s cabin or Quality Control room.
2. Start / Stop the machines via SKAAT Commander.
3. Edit the Slub patterns, recipes and necessary parameters.
4. Edit the blackboard yarn appearance.
5. In case of any trouble, all the SKAAT units in the Ring frames can be securely connected to the server in SKAAT customer care centre through the internet for trouble shooting.
6. With the help of SKAAT commander top officials can view in live running of Slub formation through the pre installed ‘cameras’ in the existing SKAAT units.
