| SKAAT Core yarn system is designed on depth knowledge in converting ring frames for high quality special
yarns. Soft core and Rigid core models are available for producing yarn for different application.

SKAAT CORE – SOFT
|
|
In SKAAT Soft Core, advanced digital servomotor is used
to drive the Lycra feed roller and the servomotor gets
digitally synchronized signal from front fluted roller by a
special electronic device. Feed rollers are made up of special
material with antistatic coating to avoid static charges and
over lapping. A display cum control unit is supplied along
with soft core unit to alter the stretch and assist the yarn to
get uniform Lycra content until the Lycra package exhaust.
To maintain uniform Lycra content, feed roller speed is
varying automatically which depends upon the Lycra
package diameter so as to ensure uniform surface speed
and making the constant elongation.
An effective stop motion with cutting device is provided
to stop the roving wherever the Lycra material missing or
exhaust. Whenever the rove is missing (or) exhausts, Lycra
supply will stop by lifting the Lycra package from feed roller. |

SKAAT CORE – RIGID
|
In SKAAT Rigid core, a special creel is supplied to hold rigid core material and its stretch is controlled by an
external tensioning device. An effective stop motion with clamping and cutting device is to stop the roving
whenever the core material cuts or exhausts. If the roving is missing (or) exhausts Lycra supply will stopped
since both the stop motions are inter connected.

• Lamp indication for missing of filament and roving
• Perfect and Precision insertion system always maintain the elastane fibre inside the yarn
• “Roving Stop motion” stops automatically the fibre flow in each spindle when a filament break
detected.
• Touch screen interface allow to modify, regulate and store the variable data required for core yarn
preparation
• As core material draft is controlled by servo motor Ring frame can be running with variable speed which
results uniform core material in yarn.
